We accept checks, cash, and all major credit cards. We also offer flexible payment plans, please contact a member of management to discuss financial planning and eligibility.

Insurance and Billing

We accept most traditional insurance plans. Please contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Qualifications for insurance coverage may differ due to the uniqueness of each patient visit and the required testing involved. We strongly encourage our patients to call their insurance company to verify eligibility and payment protocols.
