Here at Iowa Allergy we believe that creating an inclusive culture where every single team member can thrive is vital to sustaining healthy working relationships and preventing burnout. Using a transformational leadership approach, we believe that every team member is empowered to voice their own opinion by being autonomous in their roles. This collaborative stance helps Iowa Allergy thrive, not only internally, but directly transcending into patient care on a day-to-day basis.


We take a collaborative approach to empower our teams to deliver the treatment of care we would like our own families to receive. Driven by academia, we take the time to provide each team member with comprehensive training and education. Our organization’s number one priority is communication. We use a platform to communicate effectively on a day-to-day basis. To keep up with the fast paced changing environment, we strive to meet patient demands of convenience, innovation, and delivering the best allergy treatment in Iowa.




How is our hiring process different?

From the initial screening of the prospective employees to the onboarding, our team members are a part of every single process. Our unique approach leaves upper management out of hiring. Instead, our teams do the hiring and interviewing themselves. They vote on who comes back to the job shadow, then the final vote comes down to hiring the new team member. We believe with this approach, their direct teams get a say in every single step that affects them directly.


Other great job perks:


  • Quarterly bonuses for all employees after six months of employment. As vital stakeholders in our patient care, we value hard work and effort. In addition, we provide a Holiday/end of year bonus. Quarterly bonuses are discretionary and are based off of team effort per each clinic.
  • We are proud to say that we pay the employees entire premium for health/dental/vision insurance, short/long-term disability, and life insurance. That means the employee doesn’t pay a penny for their insurance premium.
  • Retirement and 401k with matching after one year of employment. Profit sharing every year after that.
