Welcome to Iowa Allergy!

We will provide the same care we'd like our family to receive, every patient, every time.

We challenge ourselves to be Iowa's premiere allergy clinic, deeply rooted in our community and academia.

Welcome to the latest, most advanced pediatrics and adult allergy clinic in Iowa! Our mission is to provide you with the level of care we would want our own families to receive. Our owner and physician, Dr. Vuong Nayima, is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Allergy/Immunology and is committed to using current, evidence-based medicine to treat children and adults with allergies, asthma, and immunological disorders.

We are proud to be one of the few centers in the country offering oral desensitization to milk, egg, and peanut. We are also the only center in the state of Iowa to offer food desensitization to children less than 5 years of age.

We accept most insurances and are currently taking new patients with or without a physician referral. We sincerely appreciate your business and look forward to being part of your healthcare team!

Patient Testimonials

  • "I've struggled with allergies and eczema my whole life. Recently my eczema was out of control and my dermatologist kept giving me prednisone and wanted to try strong drugs like cyclosporine and methotrexate. My primary care physician recommended I see Dr. Nayima. He is an amazing doctor; smart, caring and he has changed my life. Through allergy testing he determined I had allergies to chemicals. I went off prednisone, removed the triggers, got a good reminder course in caring for eczema, and I am so much better!! Dr. Nayima listened to me, asked questions, and solved the underlying issue instead of just treating the symptoms. His staff is professional, caring and helpful. Thank you Iowa Allergy, Asthma &Immunology PC."
